Mark Unkel Mark Unkel – Director

Mark was raised in the Netherlands from a young age after being born in Sydney, before he returned to live in Australia in 1981. He was able to travel around the country by hitchhiking, with his journey eventually coming to an end on the East Coast where Mark, then in his early twenties, bought a yacht and sailed to the Sunshine Coast in 1987. He went onto building yachts and participated in several Sydney to Hobart Yacht Races. Mark feels fortunate to have had the opportunity to begin his real estate career at the beautiful Sunshine Coast suburb of Minyama in the year 1990.

Since the commencement of his real estate career, Mark has enjoyed great success and prides himself on total commitment in obtaining the best possible results for his clients. He thoroughly enjoys the interaction dealing with different types of people and personalities and has a passion for architecture and specialised luxury properties. Over the years, Mark has had the privilege of receiving real estate awards from multinational companies and has been the REIQ Queensland sales person of the year in 1999 and a finalist in 2001, 2002 and 2003, proving his consistency in providing excellent service to his sellers.

Rob Keam

Rob Keam – Sales & Marketing Consultant

Rob was raised in Melbourne, Victoria before moving to Queensland in 1980 with his wife Sue and three children. They enjoyed ten years on the Gold Coast before making the lifestyle based decision to relocate to the Sunshine Coast. With Rob’s grandfather opening a real estate over a century ago in Melbourne, it was only natural for him to continue a profession in the industry as the third generation of the family. His other passions include being a drummer in a band, having been taught from the age of twelve by Billy Hyde himself.

Julie Coffey

Julie Coffey – Sales & Marketing Consultant

Raised in Birmingham, England, Julie migrated to Australia with her husband Darren in 1992. Arriving in Sydney, they travelled extensively worldwide before buying a yacht up in Cairns and sailed the Pacific Ocean for several years. Ending up on the Sunshine Coast in 1995, Julie decided after much deliberation that her worldly personality and love of interaction with people from all backgrounds made real estate the perfect career path to follow.

Robyn Sanders – Office Manager

Arriving from Christchurch New Zealand in April 2011, Robyn’s background involved a wide experience in the Real Estate industry from business development, administration, financial, sales support and property management.

Her passion for real estate has led her to personally invest in many properties over the years.

As Office Manager Robyn brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm to the team, “the office has an experienced team and I am proud to be a part of that”.

For successful client relationships and customer service Robyn’s aim is to establish and maintain close contacts with clients and establishing well-functioning long term relationships with them.

The Sunshine Coast is a lovely place to be living and Robyn is enjoying her spare time meeting new people, travelling around and enjoying what there is here to offer.
